Introduction


The QA Division applies quality assurance management to help developer, consultant and contractor Clients in achieving engineering quality objectives in construction projects. The Division harnesses the specialist technological and management capabilities within itself, the other Divisions in CPG Labs, the Divisions in various subsidiaries within CPG Corp, and external firms local and overseas. The Division possesses specialised knowledge in the structural use of concrete and steel. It excels in analysing engineering processes, synthesising specialist technological know-how and delivering alternative problem-solving approaches that meet the Client's cost, time and quality requirements.

The Division possesses niche steelwork engineering quality management capabilities to help the construction industry achieve better quality in specialist steelwork construction through systems management, including design review and re-engineering, quality plan review, fabrication and installation control.
